Insert disk

A customer requested for technical assistance because she just installed the tutorial cd and keeps getting the error message: "Please insert disk"

Jedi Tech: Hello ma'am. We received a web callback request from you regarding our software. How may i help you today?

Cust: Oh yes, i just installed the tutorial and when i click on the icon it's giving me a message to "Please insert disk"

Jedi Tech: Do you have the cd for the tutorial?

Cust: Yes, i have it right here.

Jedi Tech: Okay ma'am, please insert the cd and click on the icon.

Cust: Okay. Oh wow, it's working.
