for the people who are calling tech support
to have a basic knowledge of how to navigate
their freaking computer?

We are not asking you to master
your operating system for crying out loud!
You know, just the basics...
copy
paste
open window
minimize windows
right click
double click
close program
restart
shut down
et al.
Puh-leeezzz!
*and you wonder why it takes so loooong
to resolve your f*%#&@* issue
